We ship to almost every country in the world.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery in Bratislava city.
Delivery in Slovakia cost 4 EUR. In EU countries standard method shipping and it cost from 10 EUR and calculated during check out procedure.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping for EU 5-10 business days.
Standard Shipping for worldwide 10-20 business days.
And, please, allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Important information
Import duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
RETURNS
The items need to be returned unused to the address below, in their original packaging (including tags) must be submitted withing 4 weeks after the product has been received. We’ll refund your account and confirm by email. It can take up to 7 working days from receipt of that email for your bank account to be credited.
Please be careful when handing items. We can’t refund damaged goods or items marked with makeup, deodorant or perfume. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned.
Note that all returns are your responsibility until the item has been received.
Claims deemed error on our part are covered at our expense.
EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with our purchase, so an exchange can be made for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 4 weeks of delivery. We can’t refund damaged goods or items marked with makeup, deodorant or perfume.
Returns or Exchanges steps
– Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired.

– Once your return is received, your new items will be shipped out.
